0105 13.7oz Wide Straight Jean - One Wash

The FULLCOUNT 0105 Wide Straight Jean is one of the brand's signature pieces — a silhouette originally developed as the '1953 Model' and refined over years of research into mid-century American denim construction. The redesigned 0105 features a considerably wider silhouette that emphasises the hip hang, with increased front and rear rise difference. The hip area is generous without the excess bagginess typical of looser cuts; the shape is controlled and intentional throughout.

The denim itself is 13.7oz original selvedge, woven from 100% Zimbabwean cotton — the finest raw material available and the foundation of everything FULLCOUNT makes. The cotton is sourced specifically for its extra-long staple length, woven at optimal tension on traditional shuttle looms in Okayama Prefecture to bring out the best of its fading and texture characteristics.

The one-wash finish removes the stiffness of the raw state while preserving the depth of the indigo. The result is a jean that wears in naturally from the first day rather than requiring a break-in period. Copper rivets, selvedge ID on the coin pocket, and cotton drill pocket bags complete the construction. Made in Japan.

Wash sparingly to preserve the indigo. Turn inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash in cold water. Do not tumble dry — hang or lay flat to dry. Iron inside out on a low setting if needed. Expect and embrace the natural fade that develops with wear and washing; this is the point of selvedge denim.
